Catholic Health Services of Long Island (CHSLI) currently has full time opportunities for Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine and Family Medicine Physicians to join our community-based practices within Nassau and Suffolk Counties, New York.  This opportunity is out-patient based in Centereach is for our new 63,000 sq ft multi-specialty hub expected to open in May, 2023. Hospital call coverage is not required for this role.

Requirements include:

•    Board Certification/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
•    NYS MD/DO License
•    Strong Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels of the organization to promote a culture of patient safety and participate in performance improvement
