The Billing Analytics Manageris responsible for developing key metrics reports to track overall performance and operations for the department against benchmarks.Additionally, the Billing Analytics Manager will conduct thorough analysis and provide the Director of Patient Accounts with recommendations for optimization, performance improvement and achieving financial goals. The role will utilize insight gained from the quality assurance monitoring tools to support the development of feedback loops through continuous education and training.
Bachelor's degree required.Master's preferred.
Minimum 5 years in patient accounts, home care and/or hospice.
Strong understanding of reimbursement methodologies.
Strong understanding of the managed care environment, including provider and payer.
Six Sigma Greenbelt and/or LEAN certification required.
