The Practice Office Coordinator is responsible for supervising and overseeing all office operations, including training and evaluations.
Bachelor's Degree equivalent required
Practice Management experience preferred
Transcription of dictation preferred
Strong computer skills required. Typing 40 wpm required, Alpha Numeric-5000 Keystrokes per hour required. Must pass Word and Excel test with a 50% or higher score
Knowledge of medical terminology, strong organizational skills, and an ability to maintain a positive image of professionalism in appearance and conduct at all time. Individual must demonstrate a high degree of self-initiative in the performance of such tasks and duties as may be assigned or required
