Senior Physician Compensation Analyst

Catholic Health Services of Long Island (CHS) is an integrated health care delivery system with some of the region's finest health and human services agencies. Job Description

  • Conducts data collection and analysis involved in calculating physician compensation programs.
  • Prepares reports and analysis needed to complete FMV requests. Works with physician strategy and CHS legal to ensure requests are fulfilled accurately.
  • Completes physician compensation surveys and maintains compensation database.
  • Makes recommendations for and assists with development of physician compensation programs as requested.
  • Partners with recruitment, local entity HR and department managers to perform job analysis and workforce redesign which includes, job description review and/or development, analysis of workforce for internal equity and identification of issues, review of FLSA status and development of compensation ranges and recommendations for market adjustments.
  • Assist with annual executive compensation process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree required, Masters preferred. CCP preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel required including use of pivot tables, graphs, formulas, lookups, etc.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years compensation experience required which would include 3-5 years of physician compensation experience required.
  • Ability to work with all levels of HR and Management in a collaborative, team oriented environment.
