- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-5 years of progressively increasing responsibility within Healthcare Talent Acquisition
- Social media savvy, especially as pertains to sourcing of talent. Experience using tools such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter
- Applicant Tracking System experience required (Healthcare Source preferred), in addition to Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
