Facility: St Charles Hospital Location: Port Jefferson, NY Department: Medical Withdrawal Admin Category: Allied Health / Clinical Professional Schedule: Full Time, Variable Days with Holiday coverage Shift: Day and Evening shifts- Hours: 12p-8pm ReqNum: 6003614 NYS CASAC or CASAC-T required or must have been enrolled in a Social Work Masters program and worked/interned for at least 6 months as a counselor in Chemical Dependency Rehab/Detox. 1-2 years experience is preferred in Chemical Dependcy field & AOD education. Provide Counsler coverage for inpatient programs, groups, assesments, lectures and discharge planning.
