High school graduate or equivalent required. Current Suffolk County Food Manager's Certificate required. Completion of 120 hours of Dietary Manager Program preferred. ServSafe Food Certificate preferred. Two years experience as a chef, preferably in a healthcare, hotel or similar setting required. Supervisory experience a plus.
