Clinical Dietitian - GSNH

Responsible for assessing the hospitalized patient's nutritional status and providing the appropriate nutritional care in conjunction with the health care team; provides nutritional education to patients, their families, hospital personnel and the community; participates in hospital committees and focus groups.

Bachelor Degree or Masters degree approved by the American Dietetic Association required. Must be registered (or eligible) by the ADA (CDR), which includes an AP4 or internship work study program. New York State CDN required within one year of start date. Minimum of 1 year clinical dietetic experience is preferred. Minimum of 1 year experience in a LTC facility required.
