DUTIES:Provides quality care to residents in compliance with the philosophiesand objectives ofSt. Catherine of Siena Nursing Home. Assists residents in achieving maximum potential for self care and level of independence. Ensures that residents are comfortable, safe and maintain good hygiene and personal cleanliness. QUALIFICATIONS:High school graduate or equivalency. Diploma preferred. Previous experience as a Nursing Assistant in a Residential Care Facility preferred. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must possess certification as a Nursing Assistant in New York State.
