DUTIES: Motivates and encourages self-direction of care team members to participate fully in the mission and goals of Catholic Health Services Inc. Ensures and maintains adequate and competent levels of patient care in all areas of operation. Collaborates with the Vice President for Patient Services in facilitating nursing care. Assumes responsibility for all administrative activities in the absence of the Administrator on premises. QUALIFICATIONS: Licensed Registered Nurse, Bachelors Degree preferred. Minimum 3-5 years experience in health care management field. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Experience in team based environment desirable. Basic knowledge of regulatory agency requirements, establishment of staffing patterns and schedules. Excellent supervisory and communication skills necessary for coordinating staff activities and interpreting operating policies and procedures for staff.
