Office Manager, Women's Imaging Services

Key Responsibilities:

Establishes and coordinates the achievement of departmental goals and objectives to meet service demands.

Integrates the Women's ImagingCenter with other hospital departments to establish a multidisciplinary approach to improving patient care and outcomes.

Develops, justifies, leads and manages programs and initiatives to improve patient care.

Develops, approves, interprets, and enforces hospital and departmental policies and procedures to achieve service objectives.

Assures service line compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements and standards of practice from accreditation organizations.

Develops and maintains a system and program of performance improvement

Monitors referrals for the Women's ImagingCenter and works to expand relationships with potential referral sources.

Seeks innovative ways to contain and reduce costs while ensuring quality services.

Establishes appropriate staffing levels and positions to achieve departmental and hospital objectives.

Serves on hospital committees and task forces as requested.

Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.

Skills, Knowledge, or Abilities:

The ability to articulate and demonstrate commitment to the integration of CHS' mission into strategy and operations at every level of the organization.

Knowledge of the healthcare industry, particularly on evolving changes in women's imaging.

Demonstrated leadership skills and an ability to influence, collaborate with, and motivate others.

Strong written and verbal communications skills with ability to communicate effectively to a broad range of audiences including physicians, hospital leadership and community leaders.

Conduct that is reflective of the mission and values of CHS.
